Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7, so it is not affected by the Internet Explorer retirement. This procedure only applies to Windows 10 workstations and server-workstations. You may be able to continue using the Internet Explorer Configuration Utilities by setting Microsoft Edge to run in "Internet Explorer mode". Microsoft is retiring Internet Explorer on June 15, 2022.
